    Simply no reason to complain, really nice stay. The hotel was overall clean with magnificent and unbeatable location and new-fashioned rooms. Efficient and excellent staff interactions. Appetising food combined with a good service. Public parking nearby provided. The fast check-in process too.

    The location was superb, right across from the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our Twin Room was spacious and comfortable, and the 12:00 noon checkout was a fantastic touch that suited our schedule perfectly.

    Staying in a Twin Room with our small child was great. The location is really convenient, just a short walk to the train station. The staff was friendly and helped us with local tips.

    My wife says that it would be great if there were more family-friendly dining options nearby.

    The location, just 100 meters from the train station, made it easy for day trips to fine places like Portofino and Monaco. The WiFi was rock solid,. Chiara at the front desk greeted me with a warm vibe and she let me check in two hours early! The room was clean and spacious, offering a good variety at breakfast. The bathroom had some quirks. The sink was outside and the lighting was pretty poor, made getting ready a bit of a hassle. I noticed there weren't enough towels in the room.

    The staff was amazing, picking me up from the airport and giving me a room with a great view that was super quiet! I loved the cozy lounge area and the comfy reading nook they had for relaxing. The mattress was a bit too firm for my liking, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. just ask for extra pillows! 😊
